Tool inputs

ActEasier tools process the information you enter in your browser. Their current code does not upload tool inputs to our server. Except for optional invoice saving described below, tool inputs are not saved in browser storage. In Compare Two Lists, Copy buttons write the selected result to your clipboard only when you choose to copy it.

Optional invoice saving

The Invoice Generator saves a draft, including its logo and entered details, in this browser’s IndexedDB only when you enable “Remember this invoice on this device”. It also keeps up to 500 exported invoice numbers and document identifiers in local storage to warn about reused numbers. This is not cloud storage or an account. Anyone with access to this browser profile may access the saved data. Turning off automatic saving does not delete earlier saved data; use “Forget saved invoice data” or clear site data to remove it. Browser cleanup can also erase it. Downloaded JSON project files contain your details in plain text; keep them somewhere private.

Theme preference

We save your selected light or dark theme in your browser's local storage under ae-theme. This preference is used across pages. You can remove it by clearing this website's site data in your browser settings.

Search

The current tool search matches your query in your browser. It does not send the query to a search service or save it as search analytics.

Website requests

Opening this website sends ordinary web requests to our hosting provider. These requests include technical information such as an IP address and browser information. Hosting systems may keep technical logs for delivery and security; local tool processing does not prevent these ordinary website requests.

Analytics and advertising

The current site code does not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts. This page will be updated if we introduce services that change how data is handled.
