How to use the planner
- Enter one player or fixed team per line.
- Choose rotating-partner doubles or a complete round robin.
- Set the available courts and, for a mixer, the number of time slots.
- Build the schedule and review games, rest streaks, partners and opponents before using it.
What “balanced” means here
In mixer mode, the planner keeps game counts within one when equal participation is mathematically impossible. It then searches for partner variety and a practical rest order. The same seed reproduces the same schedule.

Names and schedules stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Download the CSV or print the schedule before closing the page.

What is a time slot?
A time slot is one block of simultaneous matches. Its capacity depends on the number of courts and the selected format.
Are game counts always equal?
Not always. When the total number of available player appearances cannot be divided evenly, game counts differ by at most one.
Does the doubles mixer guarantee the fairest possible schedule?
No. It uses a bounded search to balance game counts and reduce repeated partnerships, but it does not prove a global optimum.
What does the round-robin format do?
Each person or fixed team faces every other entry exactly once, while matches are packed into the available courts.
Is the schedule saved online?
No. The schedule is generated in your browser. Download the CSV or print the schedule before closing the page.
